"Archives Otto Muehl"
represents the artist in all artistic matters and maintains the artist’s private collection and that of his foundation.
These collections include works from 1945 until the present day: oil and acrylic paintings, aquarelles, drawings, silkscreen prints, objects, photos, film, electric painting films, texts and music.
"Archives Otto Muehl" organises exhibitions, talks, lectures and publications about otto muehl and is the only organisation authorised by the artist to guarantee the authenticity of his works.
Collectors, museums, auction houses, galleries etc. can obtain international certificates of authenticity from the Archives.
Requests for the authorisation of publications and reproductions should be addressed to the Archives.
Copyrights concerning all the artist’s works are administered by the ADAGP, Paris and its sister organisations internationally.
As of 2011 the "Getty Research Institute", Los Angeles owns all the negatives and rights to the black and white photos which Ludwig Hoffenreich took of Otto Muehl’s actions from 1962 to 1970.
